Total number of children on roll- 33 children
At Tiny Robins Day Nursery we celebrate, support and and encourage diversity. We support children and families from the following ethnic backgrounds who speak many different languages
Children who are dual language in Arabic / English 21%
Children who speak English as their first Language 33%
Children who are dual language German/ English 3%
Children who are dual language Indian/ English 9%
Children whose ethnic origin is Jamaican 3%
Children whose ethnic origin is Back African 6%
Childen who are dual language and speak Persian/ English 3%
Children who are trilingual Russian/ Latvian/English. 3%
Children who are dual language and speak Malasian/ English. 3%
Out of 33 children 21 are dual linguistic or tri-linguistic (64%)
We would like to thank all parents for taking the time to respond to our new electronic questionnaire this year 17 out of 33 parents responded (52%) This response helps us shape our provision.

We asked for ideas or comments on how we could improve what we offer at Tiny Robins Day Nursery
You said “ Nursery Spotify list of songs to listen to at home”
Our response- This is something we are looking into. We are initiating a music / yoga weekly class for preschool and are keen for feedback on this.
You said “Can’t wait to come in more and see my child in his nursery environment”
Our response- Since the fingerprint system has been in use we have had lots of positive feedback about accessibility of the nursery and feeling more involved.
You said “Make car park a little more organised”
Our response - The car park is small and unfortunately this can be an issue at times. We regularly send out notifications of rules and respectful parking. We do speak to parents about the importance of using the spaces provided and not blocking the turning circle.
You said “Would be nice to have child photos uploaded more frequently”
Our response - We are working on trying to upload photos from the iPad on a weekly basis so parents can enjoy more of their children’s growth and development.
You said 'Accelerate the fingerprint registration to facilitate quicker drop of and collection”
Our response - This is in place now. It did take a while to introduce and there were some teething problems initially. This does appear to be sorted and is working well.
You said “None fab nursery child very happy”
Our response- We love to hear that the children are enjoying their time with us.

‘The whole team are excellent and have supported two of my children through nursery, I know some days must be really challenging and I highly commend you all. I would also like to thank you all for supporting through potty training (he got there despite me thinking he never would!)”
“My child loves nursery and all of the staff, I am very impressed with the effort they put in to make him feel comfortable and put my mind at ease. The activities you put on are so good and the nursery staff are the reason he is doing so well with his speech, so thank you”
